There are projected population growth numbers in the plan. The
plan details how high density construction is needed to accomodate
the growth.
At what point do we say: Pasadena is full? Or, do we continue to
increase density ad infinitum to accomodate all that want to move
here?
An analogy: A popular nite-club has a line around the building of
people waiting to get in. At some point, does the doorman say the
club is full... only letting people one-for-one when people
leave... thereby preserving the experience for those paying
customers already inside?
Or, does the doorman continue to cram people inside the club as
long as there is a line, thereby destroying the experience for all?
